Guests arriving 15+ minutes past their reservation time will be welcomed as walk-ins.
If you miss your first reservation or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a deposit may be required to secure future bookings.
If another reservation is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, the deposit may be respectfully retained in consideration of our team’s time and preparation.
To ensure a seamless and personalized experience, group reservations must be booked by phone. A $10 deposit per guest is required to secure your group’s reservation. Please note, deposits are non-refundable for any guest who does not arrive.

To preserve the serene environment our guests expect, we kindly ask that visits remain adults-only unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Our space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation; for that reason, we are unable to accommodate extra guests during your reservation unless they are also receiving services.
