We understand that plans may change. Timely arrivals help us provide the personalized experience each guest deserves.
Guests arriving 5 minutes late are welcomed as walk-ins, and may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled based on availability.
Canceled reservations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25, which will be added to the next visit.
No-Show clients will be required to keep a credit card on file to secure future bookings. If a no-show is repeated, the full amount of the reserved services will be charged to the card on file.

To ensure a seamless and personalized experience, a credit card is required on file to secure all group reservations of 5 or more guests.
This allows us to reserve dedicated time, staffing, and resources for your party.
If a guest included in the original reservation does not attend, the reserved service may be charged to the card on file, as that time has been specifically set aside for their appointment.

At TIARA NAIL, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day service warranty for issues related to the original application, including lifting or chipping. If you experience a service-related concern, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we may evaluate the work and, when appropriate, provide a complimentary correction.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear, lifestyle activities, accidental impact, picking, or any external factors outside of the original service.
After 7 days, all maintenance and repair services are considered chargeable.
Adjustments to color, design, shape, or length are treated as new services and will be priced accordingly.
For consistency in materials, structure, and finish, TIARA NAIL does not perform partial repairs on work completed by another salon. In these cases, we recommend a full removal and a new set to ensure the highest standard of results.
To preserve a serene environment, our salon is primarily reserved for adults. Children aged 5 and above are welcome to enjoy services with a supervising guardian, while those under 5 are not permitted in the salon.
Speaker phone use is strictly prohibited within the salon. We kindly ask that all calls be taken privately and at a low volume. This ensures a serene environment not only for our guests but also for our staff, who take great care in providing attentive and detail-focused services.

If you have a specific nail design or concept in mind, please let us know when booking your appointment. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text confirmation—simply reply to that message with any reference photos you’d like our team to see.
More intricate sets may require additional time or a design consultation in advance to ensure the highest quality experience.
